Creek Bottom Acres Shorty (AMHR)

1997 Silver Dapple Stallion, 28.5"

"Romeo" was my first miniature horse. By accident, I found out that Romeo was trick trained - he knows how to lay down, sit up, and rear. He also was trained to drive by one of his former, Amish owners.

I don't take Romeo to anything but fun shows but he places well in halter obstacle particularly as he's willing to do whatever you ask of him. He's always a crowd favorite due to his small size but large attitude! In 2006 he won two year end High Point awards from the Newton county saddle club - 5th place Halter (out of 34 entries) and 4th place In-hand trail (out of 35 entries) and he only entered two of their four shows!

Romeo was used as a stud for at least one of his former owners but I don't have any record of his babies other than what you can find in the stud books. I did email the guy once or twice and one of his comments was that he was a real size reducer!
