Southern Crystal Dream Come True (AMHA/AMHR)

2004 Smoky Black Mare
32"

"Bloom" was the first miniature born at Southern Crystal Ranch. She was litterally a dream come true for me, hence her name. Bloom surpassed all my expectations when she went to the 2004 AMHR Nationals and won Reserve National Champion Weanling Mare 28" and under.

In 2006 we started her in halter obstacle which she seems to enjoy and do very well at. She showed in the Newton County saddle club shows in 2006 and was awarded Year End Top Tens in Petite Halter (6th of 34 total) and Year End Reserve Champion High Point in Petite In Hand Trail (2nd out of 35 total).

Bloom started showing in country pleasure driving and hunter in 2007. She seems to really enjoy the performance part and has done very well. Bloom went to the AMHA World Show in Texas and won 5th place in the 3 year old Hunter Futurity (against 14 horses).

Bloom is back with the show string in 2010 in performance classes. She has won her first Championship in Western Country Pleasure Driving at the Shelbyville, Tenn show in April. She is being trained by Ricky Wardlaw of Cygnet Farms.
